Cat brings nearly 15 years of experience in the charity sector to her role at the 1001 Critical Days Foundation.

She previously served as Grants Manager at The Considered Ask Foundation, and before that she worked in fundraising for a wide range of charities supporting children and young people.

Passionate about early intervention, Cat is committed to helping the 1001 Critical Days Foundation strengthen the evidence base for supporting babies during the crucial early years.

As Grants Officer, Cat develops and manages the application systems that enable charities to access funding. She also serves as the primary contact for organisations seeking guidance throughout the application process.
