This data processor does the following activities for us: When we store personal information on Monday.com, we are sharing that data with Monday.com as our cloud service provider. Monday.com acts as a data processor-they process and store the data on our behalf, but do not use it for their own purposes. We remain the data controller, deciding what information is collected and how it is used. Monday.com is committed to ⒊ strong privacy practices and complies with major data protection regulations, including the UK GDPR. Their privacy program is modeled on the most comprehensive global standards, and they process personal data only according to our instructions, as set out in their Data Processing Addendum. Data stored with Monday.com is held in secure data centers located in the United States and Europe, with robust encryption and security measures in place. Customers can choose to have their data stored exclusively within the EU if required for compliance reasons. In summary, when we use Monday.com to store personal information, we share that data with them as a trusted service provider.
