The 1001 Critical Days Foundation is a new charity with a bold mission: that every baby should experience the best start in life.

We are the only UK grant-giving charity exclusively dedicated to babies, supporting families during the first 1001 days, from pregnancy to age two. In our first few months, we’ve already pledged £2m to frontline charities, commissioned world-first research and launched a global campaign to put babies at the heart of policy.

Now, we’re seeking an exceptional leader to join us as we continue our journey.

Salary: £100,000

The CEO will:
✨ Shape and grow the Foundation at a critical moment
✨ Champion the 1001 critical days on a global stage
✨ Lead a talented, mission-driven team
✨ Work closely with our Executive Chair, the Rt Hon. Dame Andrea Leadsom, and our esteemed Board of Trustees
