Phoebe joined the Foundation from the UK Parliament where she worked supporting several Members of Parliament and a Government Minister. She brings advanced understanding of policy development and the legislative process in the UK and uses this to support the Foundation to achieve its mission.

Phoebe has past experience working in early years and understands the importance of the 1001 critical days and the impact it has on a child’s life.
